not for the washer, but for the dryer...a tip from a Facebook friend (a
handler who shows lots of hairy breeds): a Dryer Maid Ball by Home Smart.
Replaces Dryer sheets, removes pet hair and send to the lint trap... works
like a charm. No chemicals, reusable, just place in dryer. Works as well, if
not better, then a softner.
Just sharing. (see that part about removing pet hair?)
