You hit the nail on the head - AFRAID, OUT OF THEIR ELEMENT
They get a win for every Please they arrange - makes their stats look good and
they didn't have
to defend
When you plea, you are saying I AM GUILTY
Many people cannot afford to pay for a defense, and the Public defender cannot
do a good
defense because most lack experience, knowledge or ability. They also have so
many cases,
that even if they have to go to trial, they have no done their HOMEWORK to do
it properly
