This is a shame. We have a million dollar policy. After that, we have seven
hundred thousands in reserves, after that the stock holders are liable, (of
which there are none).
No director has personal exposure.
I will volunteer to be sued for anything a director does within the by-laws.
It is just a load of nonsense, (read "crap") to think a director of any
non-profit corporation
can have any loss from acting within his or her duty to the club.
And, yes, it offends me that some think so.
