Yes Amy. The Clearing house for CC's charges the GSDCA to do the
processing. The GSDCA either has to absord that cost or charge it back to
the customer. Until this year the PC has absorbed the cost. I am not sure
of the exact cost but think I have heard it was more than $10,000 last year.
The PC is not trying to make money off of it. Just trying to recover costs.
Another National Club I belong to actually makes money off it by charging a
flat rate, which is much higher on some orders. Ours are just trying to
recover costs........
