[ SHOWGSD-L ] Northeast Futurity Brags.......

We had a great weekend, although long and tiresome. First on Saturday we
showed at the GSDC of No. Ohio and under Edie Trocki went WB & BOW with the
Ayotte's beautiful sable bitch "Sage"....Reserve with Linda Burley's
"Dolly"...and our handsome boy Axel went BOS (congrats co-owners Chris & Kelly
- whose handsome Scoop son Reggie also got a major reserve.
So, after the show Saturday we hiked acrossed Pennsylvania to New Jersey and
showed on Sunday under Sue Godek. It was more than a pleasure showing under
Sue. She was quick, precise and knew what she wanted.
Our little Taylor (Joelle's Golddigger of Jeseffan) gaited her way to winning a
huge 9-12 bitch class, was moved up in Specials, and Sue proclaimed her the
unofficial Best Puppy, since there was no official Best Puppy award that day.
Taylor kept on gaiting Monday and ended up 2nd Teenage bitch in a large quality
class and just behind the Best in Futurity Bitch. Congrats to Tina, Sean & Bev
and thanks to Tiff, Joann, Bart & Cindy for all the help with their
granddaughter! Thanks also to so many people who came up and commented on her.
The Northeast Futurity weekend was packed full of really good dogs and very
high entries. We are very pleased that we were able to place with 6 client
dogs in the Futurity. Thank you Bob Grady.
