I guess it is because to me, everyone is a "young person". But, I have a staff
of four young girls. One is 36, one is 43, and the other is 55. When they get
out of their cars to come to work, and walk in the building, they are all on
their phones. If I take them to lunch, they just sit on their phones, so I
don't have to talk to them.
I am afraid that this is the new normal.

It so troubles me that everywhere I go all I see are people staring at phones
