Due to the many knowledgable (sp.) members of Da List, I'd noticed that the
English Bulldog was always priced higher than most of our purebreds. It has
been learned that most of them (I guess Bostons, Pugs etc. as well) due to
the
pushed in faces, a C section is usually needed and that's big bucks added
to a
lot for just general breeding anyway. Of course, the original reason for
these
dogs build the way I've been made to understand, was to "hold the nose of a
bull- and still be able to breathe and have a vice-like grip" Ah, each
breed of
origin has it's use or DID at one time or another. Now this is just stuff
I've
noticed on my own -- so, --- I could be wrong, but it's what I'd learned at
