[ SHOWGSD-L ] Newborn puppy formula

A while back, a formula was posted for newborn puppies when they have
to be bottle fed or tube fed. I know it contained goat's milk. I
thought I saved it but can not find it and a friend has a large litter
of Soft Coated Wheaten puppies who need supplementation as the dam
does not have enough milk.
Can someone please send me the formula or a the link to it?
