As many of you know we normally give the Greenwich Kennel Club a supported
entry at their All Breed show on Saturday June 12. This year the Westminster
Kennel Club has negotiated with the GKC to give up their date so they can do
their show outdoors in Tarrytown NY the same weekend. As a result a number of
breed clubs are having specialty shows on the day their breed is not being
judged at Westminster. These shows will be held in Norwalk Ct at the site of
the GKC shows. RV parking is available and a number of hotels and motels are
available.
German Shepherds are being judged at Westminster on Saturday June 12th. We are
holding two specialty shows on the 13th in Norwalk CT about 40 minutes away.
Our judges are Sharon Newcombe in the am and Debbie Hokkenen in the pm. We will
have a full size specialty ring and welcome all those showing their champions
at Westminster and of course class dogs (not being judged at Westminster).
The Executive Dog Shows is superintendent and entries can be found on their
website. All entries must go to them. They are also on Facebook. A link can
