SB 241 establishes a $500 annual license, authorizes state investigators to
enter the premises without a warrant, and establishes a limit of 2 litters
during the lifetime of a dog ((unclear if this is male or female)....among other
things. it was just introduced Friday and sent to the Natural Resources
Committee. There are several sponsors in both the house and senate.

reference if a note "Mar 11, 2009 Amend, do pass as amended".
