Yes - we will take entries up to and including just before the chili match!
We were just trying to get as many names as possible to get the score
sheets ready and printed. But we will have lots of space for write ins!

Just a quick thought here, since at a B Match gate entries are allowed, is
that something we might want to consider? There might be some folks who
are not on FB (can't hardly imagine it, but there is!!!) or not on this
list. Thought about making copies of the flyer and putting it at the
Purina Guard Shack to hand out with each RV Parking Pass, so those that
have not heard about this, and want to enter, still can.
Just an idea, Linda and Jeff, think about it and let me know if that is
ok. If so, I will make copies of the flyer.

attending the national contact me wanting to make donations (half of all $
will be donated to the GSDCA Futurity system). Anya Dobratz has

1st Annual GSDCA National Chili Cook Off
*GSD Members Bring Your Very Best Chili to The 2015 National. We are
having a contest! *
$5 to enter your best Chili.
Everyone votes! $5 donation requested to try all Chili submissions and
vote for your favorites.
Where? Purina Farms RV area. GSDCA National
When? October 14th. Wednesday evening. Time to be
announced.
Purpose? Have fun! 50% of the proceeds go to The
Futurity/Maturity System The remaining goes to
the Top 3: Best Of Breed, Best Of Winners, and Best
Opposite Sex.
Electric hook up, tables, tents, and serving items will be provided. You
only need to bring your chili, a serving spoon, and warmer. We have RV
members who will give you a place to prepare if you need it.
We will want a chili name to enter.
Be creative. The ballots will be weighed much like our election of judges
on a 1,2,3 count. We admit the judging is purely subjective and encourage
entrants to entice votes.
More details next week. Hope you join in on the fun.
For now we only need to know your participation to enter a recipe and your
team name.
