Are in the P and P manual, available from the website of the gsdca.org to all 
members. It is 
updated after each Board Meeting based upon the Official Minutes.

Here are some items:

    The geographical area should be one that attracts large Shepherd entries at 
Regional 
    Specialties. A Regional Club in the area that is willing to assist the 
Parent Club in the 
    mechanics of running a National is ideal but all help is voluntary.  These 
may be paid at the 
    discretion of the Show Chairperson. The show dates are to be determined by 
the GSDCA 
    Board of Directors,  between September 15 and November 15, with no other 
AKC shows 
    within 200 miles unless they are willing to grant permission for the GSDCA 
to use its show 
    date.
Air travel
The site city must be easy to reach by air from major cities throughout the 
country. Nonstop and 
direct flights are most desirable, as it is difficult and hazardous to have to 
change planes when 
traveling with dogs
