names at the National on a paper scroll on the wall,with a nice Memorial
wreath. All the people attending, as they wander around, could read at their

Helen, this is one awesome idea. If it could be implemented I think it will
be more significant. Many people miss the tribute, but this way everyone has
time to pay their respects. Great idea.
