On NBC News this morning was an interview with a hiker that had fallen and been
seriously injured. Her dog (looked like part golden) had kept her warm during
the night and gone for help the next morning. Rescue people on ATM's found her
car and the dog had also gone to the car. The dog then barked, grabed pant
legs and ran off in the direction of the injured girl. The ATM's followed full
speed but the dog stayed ahead of them an led the rescue team to right to her.
Her pelvis was shattered and she was in very serious condition. This was
another wonderful story of our amazing k-9 kids doing what they do out of love.
