I do think I need to clear this up. Ken asked me to post what was going on,
as he was busy working on his response and how he will handle the situation.
I know no more than what I did, so I won't be disclosing anything else. I do
understand that Ken might want to respond to those who asked questions, and
he will clear with me what he posts.
I have represented a number of List members, and would never discuss
anything they did not want me to. Anyone who has hired me will attest to that.
