I have and do use both Craigslist and Freecycle for meat. I happen to have
started a trend. In my area, there are a couple dozen other people doing the
same thing, so the pickings are very, very slim. My Freecycle has opted to
not allow "stories" posted on why you would like something that you post a
WANTED for. This makes asking for unused or freezer burned meat a real
head-scratcher when you can't explain WHY you want it! <g>
You can feed LOTS of dogs with 2000 pounds of meat...but I sure ain't
getting it here in Central VA.
Maybe I can get that lady to ship me some! :)
