Jim, One more thing I discovered when I went to Canada... TIM HORTON'S COFFEE! A few months back, I judged the Canadian Walking Horse National and Futurity in Alberta, CAN. My ring mistress introduced me to it and now, I no longer drink Starbucks, Peets, Or the local coffeehouse's special blend here in Sacramento. I have a new friend--the ring mistress--who goes every month, buys it for me and packages it down. The shipping cost more than the coffee, but every morning at 6am, its worth it. I highly suggest it. I used to say when I showed up at an obscure horse show, " Well, I didnt come here because they serve good coffee, did I?" I guess Im going to have to recant that statement!
