Dear MoFed Members & Associates,
Please take action immediately as well as sending to all your
lists. It is urgent that we pass SB's 113 & 95!
SB's 113 & 95 will be heard in the Rules Committee Monday, April
11th ,at 3:45 p.m. in Hearing Room 6 in the basement of the state
capitol. This is the last step before going to the House Floor for
debate.
Anyone who wishes to attend may do so. Please keep in mind that
there will be no testimony from the public, only discussion among
committee members and then a vote either in favor or against will take
place.
If you have not done so, please call or e-mail the following
Rules Committee Members and ask them to PLEASE VOTE YES ON SB's 113 &
95 WITH NO AMENDMENTS. Please be polite and respectful.

We will alert everyone as soon as we know when floor debates are
scheduled on SB's 113 & 95. This can change at any time, but the plans
are for the bills to be presented on the House Floor for discussion
and then brought back a second time for further discussion. (We do not
know at this time exactly when that will be). A vote will be taken at
the end of that debate which will be called "Perfection". Hopefully no
amendments will be added during the Perfection debate.
The bill will then be brought up again for final vote at which
time no amendments can be added. Discussion will take place and a vote
taken. If we get the necessary 82 votes at that time with no
amendments having been added during the process, the bill will be
"Truly Agreed To And Finally Passed" and sent to Governor Nixon for
his signature.
We have five weeks until the end of session. It will be hectic so
we need you to check your e-mails often. Please honor our requests for
phone calls or e-mails to Representatives promptly when notified. At
the appropriate time we will ask you to contact Governor Nixon to sign
SB's 113 & 95.
During House Floor debates, you may listen on line on the
Missouri General Assembly home page.
Thank you for your hard work and action on making the necessary
changes to Prop B!!
