And I should add that if it's a breed, it isn't recognized by the UKC,
either, (unless things have changed in the past few days) or by ASCA or
USASA...the two existing parent clubs for the Australian Shepherd. The
minis are dogs produced by breeding small (undersized) to small...and if
they possess the gene that allows them to remain miniature and produce only
miniature, there are too many health problems associated with that gene for
any responsible (reputable, as originally asked) breeder to be involved with
breeding dogs that carry it.
