Weeping Willow was contacted for information from an individual rescue
person. They rescued a couple of 5 week old GSD puppies (not sure of all the
background yet but will get it) and one started the usual throwing up sign
of mega. This person seems totally devoted to this puppy and she will keep
it. She has taken him for xrays, etc. which confirmed the diagnosis. She
is getting a referral to a specialist in Akron. My question is....I would
like to find her a chat list for dogs with mega. She is in need of
support and I'm sure there is one out there that would help answer her
questions
more intelligently than I can. I want to refer her to one that will really
help her. She is even willing to do surgery if the specialist feels it
would help. I explained "chip in" and told her we would help set this up
when and if the time came. Thanks for your input. She is sending pictures
of the little guy also.
