Oscar progeny strikes again! First of all the WI Club did a great job putting
on this futurity. The grounds were prefect, the weather was wonderful and the
ring steward's kept the show moving right along. It was very organzied and
they had good food too! Also, Lee Parkhurst did a nice job keeping a consistent
procedure and a pleasant attitude in the ring. It is nice to handle/show under
a judge that truly enjoys being in the ring and judging the dogs.
Now here's the big news... at the Midwest Futurity our home bred Champion, Yo,
went BIF!!!!! It is now BIF Group Placing Ch Trio's Johan Santana V.
Marquis'. Yo is sired by the one and only Sel Ex Ch Oscar and his mother is
AOE Ch Maizy (Marquis' All About Me). He is Bred/Owned by Kelly, Roger and
Linda Salava and Liz Oster. We are still in shock and extremely thrilled!
Thank you so much to Lee Parkhurst for this win. Your comments on our boy mean
so much and we appreciate your kind words. A very special thank you to Liz &
Doug Oster for the wonderful job conditioning Yo and taking such great care of
him. He has never looked better...Thank you for all your hard work! Also,
thank you to Kent Boyles for the prefect job handling Yo. He has never been
shown by anyone other than myself and really looked great with Kent. This is
my parent's first litter they have bred with me and now they have a CH and BIF
dog. They are overwhelmed and so
