[ SHOWGSD-L ] Low Residue diet

The Eukanuba Low Residue dog food is a prescription diet because it is
not meant to be a forever diet. It is designed to help with certain
conditions under a veterinarians care/advice as are the Hills
Prescription diets. It is designed to make digestion easier for dogs
with a variety of digestive issues like d ogs recovering from parvo,
dogs recovering from any type of intestinal sugerys (blockages etc) dogs
with diarhea known cause or unknown causes. It is Eukanuba's version of
Hill's Science diet ID formula. So if you have never had to use it that
is great but as the saying goes don't knock it until you've tried it.
