This past Friday, very late in the day, the federal judge finally issued
his
decision in the case of Louisville Kennel Club, et al vs. Metro
Government.
Since this is an ongoing issue in all states and since there is no
definitive decisions, the one for Ky can be cited by another jurisdiction.
This
is a position that will sweep the country.
We have our rights but we must assert them.
