It has to be on honor systems, as one would not have any way of proving
otherwise. No way that I am aware of but maybe someone out there knows how you
can
verify that these dogs were bred on their property. Only way would be if they
co bred with someone and listed that animal and the co breeder came forward
but other than that I am not sure you can verify.
