The 07 Board approved our first change in the Administration of the 
Futurity/Maturity System: 
Effective immediately, all litter nominations for year 09 should be sent to 
Laura E Gilbert at the following address:

Make checks payable to GSDCA.   If you must fax, send the fax to 757-455-8144, 
and put your credit card number on the fax.  The credit card number will be run 
through by our Treasurer.    

A new litter nomination from will be up the PC web site soon under the 
Futurity/Maturity link.  If you must litter nominate immediately use the 
current form that is up but change the address to the one listed above. 

This is the first step in the plan to reduce cost for our Regional Clubs that 
host a Futurity.   Also, (again approved by the 07 Board,) in 08 you will be 
able to enter any two Futurities of your choice BUT YOU MAY ONLY SHOW IN ONE.  
This will give those with a limping puppy, a bitch in season, or a change in 
judges the opportuntiy to choose between two.  YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO NOTIFY 
THE REGION OF YOUR CHOICE AHEAD OF TIME.     No  driving up, glimpsing your 
competition and pulling allowed.  This is, of course, not required, but is 
simply a matter of choice.  Look for details in the Review.
