[ SHOWGSD-L ] List of judges

As National Chairman, I feel it would be unethical for me to keep as list
of names of people who want to judge futurities. I feel that would be like
endorsing someone, which I cannot do.
If someone else wants to do so.......
But I can only state the rules.
