I once had a Boxer that quit eating had some runny stools and even started throwing up water. Nothing showed on the x ray but she was obviously in distress because she was no longer wagging her tail. I said open her up, we are losing her anyway. Lo and be hold!!! They removed the ribbing off a king sized blanket, a sock with a knot tied in it, part of a wind breaker and the cuff's off my husbands hunting sweat shirt. She recuperated very well, but we decided it was far more cost effective to feed her kibble. We also had a GSD that ate gravel. I had him x rayed for a sensitive stomach and he had about a cup of gravel in his stomach. The vet said unless I was selling my dogs by the pound, try kibble instead. We had to keep him on concrete until he was all pooped out. Gotta Love-em!!!! Judi **************Gas prices getting you down? Search AOL Autos for fuel-efficient used cars.
