I wasn't going to say anything, but I will look at my schedule. I know
tomorrow I am in court in the morning in downtown Los Angeles and in San Diego
court in the afternoon, and then to the jail to see a client, if they are not
still locked down. That is my client who was charged with Attempted Murder,
and we took it to the jury, and got it to assault with a deadly weapon. He
has
to be ready to address the judge at sentencing on Friday, and I have not
been able to talk to him for the past few days due to jail problems in Los
Angeles.
Tuesday is the 21st, and I know the courts are closed on the 20th, and I
think I have to appear on the 21st to get an extension for a client going to
jail, but maybe I can put that off, or let her go to the slammer so I can
speak.
I will know tomorrow. I will try to be there.
