Advice from those successful in getting their animals out has been: â?¢ Draw up a document that says to release "breed of dog" to "abc breed rescue organization" and "name." â?¢ Find the heads of ASPCA, HSUS, and LA SPCA and have them sign the document. â?¢ Walk the stalls and find your breed. Write down all information connected with the animal (id #, sex, age, etc) â?¢ Put a bright colored flyer with "Hold for X breed rescue" on the crate. â?¢ Bring animals thru check-out (I believe State Vet) for the appropriate review and paperwork. This is working for groups but you must be credentialed and persistant. [Thank you for cross posting this to the breed organizations you know.] Cathleen Bennett _www.crossroadsgsd.com_ (http://www.crossroadsgsd.com/) We have puppies ============================================================================ POST is Copyrighted 2005.
