Helen is RIGHT on all counts.  Join now.  If you are already a member, make
your voice heard through your VOTE.  Many of us are tired of the same
arguments shoved down our throats repeatedly.  We get it.  We know.  Ya
know?

Many of you belong to a Church,  a Union,  a local dog club, bowling
league, or one of a number of different groups that require membership and
a vote.  Hopefully, whether or not you follow a specific Party, you vote
for the President of the United States.  You want and make sure your voice
is heard because you care!  These parts of your life are important to you.
Well so is the GSDCA if you honestly care about the breed.  I'm tired of
those who complain and give lip service without doing any work.  I'm tired
of those that don't put their money where their mouths' are.  I too have
served on the Board of Directors...it's not fun at all!!!  I too have
served on Committees and it's all work.  I have spent dues money over 50
years that would now send me on a lovely vacation.  I am exactly the same
as you only older then many now, but I work on behalf of the German
Shepherd that you now breed, show, and advertise.  I will continue until I
am speaking in tongues and have forgotten where I live.  (Not to soon I
hope).  Big issues and important things are happening now.  Your vote is
important.  This is the time you should be an active member and
participate.  Start the New Year by making this YOUR Club and working
towards the promotion
and good press for this breed.  Make our numbers grow...beginning with YOU!
Join in and do some work.......volunteer...make your voice count!
