I am just getting caught up on mail etc after a long trip to Baton Rouge....So,
if I am doubling the words or thoughts of others, I am sorry.
Cheryl - You are absolutely right. Every single one of us have made mistakes.
But I bet more times than not we were, in some way, held accountable for the
decision or action which caused the mistake. When any of us were children we
learned this very early. We don't do homework or study, get an unsatisfactory
grade - We are held accountable to our teachers and parents. As adults, this
continues.....On occassion I have been caught speeding. I get pulled over. I
get a ticket. That is me being held accountable.
There have been people suspended for life from AKC for signing registration
papers. This is not that much different, I am sorry.
The bottom line is this...Right is Right and Wrong is Wrong. Words to live by.
I think that if any one of many people in this breed were caught forging a
letter to the AKC, this would not be such an argument. JMO

I just read Jim M's post on Carmen and I happen to agree with every single
word Jim wrote. I'm sure there isn't one person on The List that hasn't made
a mistake that he/she regretted. Usually it's something real stupid. I know
I have made those mistakes? Why? Because we are human beings. Human
beings don't always make the right decisions and just as God forgives us, so
should people forgive each other. That's why you can find me immersed with my
dogs. Our dogs don't hurt our feelings or say negative things about people.
Our dogs forgive us for our shortcomings without question. And they are just
