[ SHOWGSD-L ] Ivomec dosage

I know this has been discussed and I know I filed it somewhere safe, but I
cannot find it.
What is the dosage for Heartworm preventative using the injectable IVOMEC (1%
solution) I know to use it orally and I have the dosage for the oral horse
drench (10mg/ml) which I can no longer get, but the injectable IVOMEC is not
listed as MG/ML so I don't remember how much to give.
