Subject: [ SHOWGSD-L ] It's official, "Dog Camp" is moving!
Our clients have affectionately nicknamed us "Dog Camp". Most of you know
us as Eric Norby, handler extraordinaire & Joannie Intersimone, trainer,
groomer, dog mom. After many months of discussion, soul searching &
looking at property, we're moving out of California to... OREGON!
The up side? 3 beautiful acres with a seasonal creek, some trees & pasture
land for the dogs to run on, zoning for sheep <G> and what ever other
critters we want, a house, oversized garage and small barn. A better
location on the west coast to serve our clients in that we can get to Canada
or northern California within a days drive. We will be in Silverton, which
is 20 minutes east of Salem and an hour to Portland or Eugene.
The down side? Leaving our northern California friends, finding new jobs &
figuring out how to get from one place to another <g>
I want to thank our friends & clients Kris & Jennifer Christian for putting
me up, while I was hunting in the Salem area and for Jennifer's input as to
properties suitable for having sheep. Jennifer's family raises Dorsets & we
look forward to learning from her how to properly care for our sheepies.

We plan on moving the first week of February, so look out PNW... You may
start getting more majors! LOL!
