It was a conundrum: How to get Joy back to Sharon and The Ghost home (from
The National) to me. Julie Degen gracefully said she would do it. Whew!
But then, Julie realized that she would be trialing in NY and could not
bring The Ghost home, as she was being shown in Am Bred. So she asked
Laura Gilbert to bring her home. And she did. More than that, The Ghost
needed a crate to come home in and Lew Bunch bought it. (Lew, the check
really IS in the mail.) Billy picked up The Ghost yesterday. She is here,
sitting on the couch, watching me type. I am beholding to each and every
one of you who helped her come home to me. Thank you just doesn't seem
enough.
