A final thought as you know. Puppies can look all black when young, but the
real test is to lift the tail and take a good look at the color around the
anal
area. Any hint of tan and you are probably looking a a young bi-color."

I have always checked beneath the tail when the dark puppies are born. This
test has never failed.
