I agree with this. The one bitch I had problems with was my first GSD, a long
coat that I showed in obedience. She was spayed at about 1 year old. All my
other girls were spayed after they were too old to continue breeding - about
7 and they have not had the problem. My first one was put on DES and was
fine. She even came off of it later in life and had no problems.
