There is nothing in our by-laws that allows the removal of a Director or
Officer, other than bringing charges, and then having them upheld and the
person
being suspended.
A number of years ago Bob Williamson called me to search the by-laws as he
wanted a director removed, (he was President at the time). I went through
them, and determined there was not way to remove anyone voted in by the
membership. I suggested at that time we have a morals clause, and exclude
anyone who
breaks the law, or commits an action against the best interest of the
members, the club or the breed.
Nothing was ever done, but it sure seems like we may need to reconsider.
