The following information is from Michele Kasten concerning three of our
Illinois bills (the two breeders license bills, plus the dock/crop bills) -
please forward to all lists so people do not drive down to Springfield
unnecessarily since these bills will not be heard this week!< /div>

The lobbyist just called with this updated news for all three big bills:
SB 139: crop/dock: Senator Link is going to hold the bill this week so he can
do more research.
SB 053 breeder license: This bill will NOT be called this week.
HB 198 breeder license: This bill will NOT be called this week.
I will still be going to Springfield to meet with the lobbyist and to deliver
information directly to the legislators' offices.
