AOL opened the flood gates, and all the posts came roaring through LOL.
There were a couple other ISPs that were involved, too, from the posts read
in the Archives. Evan, of course, the magician received posts through his
magical ways?
Seriously, I have found when the complaint is received by the AOL techs,
THEY read the script, but the (aha! COMPLAINT!) complaint gets input to a
databank, and that seems to be the trigger. One example. I have unlimited
mailing (if you email over a certain number at a time, they will stop you if
you don't have permission). When there is an error and I complain (AHA!
COMPLAINT!), the tech says they can't do anything, but after a short period
of time, I have that unlimited Email privileges again... .
