If they are not hosting some sort of all bred performance they probably are
doomed.

Also Evan,
If we eliminate regions we may also be eliminating Major Specialties in
conjunction with the futurities.
Just because a futurity entry is low (and most people aren't breeding
litters as much as they used to)
doesn't mean that a Fut/ Mat weekend isn't HUGELY important to the overall
entry that weekend for a given
club. You can have a low Fut number and big five point majors at the
specialties.
Don't punish the clubs because of the Futurities they host. Keep the
regions, but look at the specialty
entries alongside it. If the CLUB loses big for the whole weekend, in a
repeated fashion, then maybe it is the existance of the club, itself, that
needs to be examined . Just a thought.
