No, the legal system in the entire country is based on the Constitution. It
was in all the papers when it was passed.
Charges are filed, and the person charged says nothing, he is presumed
innocent. The prosecution, the one who filed the charges then has to prove them
beyond a reasonable doubt. Until then, the presumption of innocence protects
the accused from being falsely accused.
Until convicted you can't suspend them, punish them, or execute them. Even
if they need killing.
The end is after the jury of their peers determines the results. Not to
mention endless appeals, and lots of money to the lawyers.
Is this a great country or what?
