Effective January 1, 2013.... the United Kennel Club will no longer accept any
single registrations of German Shepherd and White Shepherd crosses into the
White Shepherd gene pool. These dogs will, however, be allowed into the German
Shepherd gene pool.......

Yes, it did happen but one is registered as a UKC White Shepherd and the
other registered as a white GSD. Now they can no longer be bred together and
registered UKC due to the new rule and are they are 2 separate breeds.. UKC
White Shepherd and UKC white GSD.
Barb, I do know you are aware this as is anyone else that shows or judges in
the UKC ring.
