[ SHOWGSD-L ] How many whites in colored litters

A member of the WGSDCI bred her German bitch (deep black and red, no white
hairs) to a white male. The bitch whelped 11 pups ---- 5 were white! Of the
white, some were solid, snow white, and some were beige white.
This German bitch is a daughter of Sila.
Another GSD breeder bred a brother to his sister (both colored, with colored
pedigree) back in the mid-80s, and got white pups.
My guess would be, if GSDs in Germany are producing whites, the whites do not
survive, and are never reported. Of course, I do not know this for fact.
There use to be a list, on the internet, listing all of the GSDs known to have
produced white offspring. I cannot seem to find it now, but it had a lot of
dogs on it. Maybe someone can direct us to that list???
