Here's how DCA does it.> By a ballot mailed from the club election committee?
- Ballots are mailed FROM the Corresponding Secretary.> > Is your ballot

- Mailed back to an independent clearing house. Barbara does ALL of our
ballots
and votes - I think she does several other clubs too and has been doing
DCA for
years (not sure how many, but 10? at least).> Do you only vote at your
national?
- No voting at the National - there is a board meeting and the Annual
Meeting which mostly is done to keep us up to date on things, answer
questions,
etc. Everything is done through the mail.
> We have to sign the front of the envelope...if its not signed its not >
> valid....Does Election services have a copy of all of our signatures?
- We have to sign also - not sure how ours is validated though.

- We have used one as long as I can remember - keeps things honest.
Our votes have always been clean though we have had the board slip some things
through over the years... and I have only heard good things about Barb the
Ballot Lady.
