[ SHOWGSD-L ] How do I get a "www-----.com" website??

Hi all,
Just wondered how I can get myself a website--without spending a ton of money.?
I know many of you have absolutely beautiful websites--I would like one that I
can--myself--update and add or take away pictures as needed.? Is this
possible?? Do I have to have someone else do this and how much is this going to
cost?? also, if you could recommend someone who can help with this?
