I am currently in litigation with Pay For View TV. My client has the
service, but showed a fight in his bar, and now is being sued for broadcasting
the fight, that he paid for. They claim he didn't claim the commmercial
order and pay the additional costs, and wants three times the cost. I think I
am going to win the fight, but the attorney on the other side does nothing
other than go around suing people for pirate TV broadcasts. So, since
this broadcast from our National seems to be free, I wonder how we could
trademark it? I am not saying it isn't done, but I didn't know it was
possible
to trademark something available to the public.
As an attorney, I always question anything told to me. That is why I am
known to be so obnoxious.
Not that there is anything wrong with that.
