[ SHOWGSD-L ] Help with boy problem

I've seen a lot of things with GSD over the years but I've never had this
happen before. I have an almost 2 year old intact male who is absolutely sure
that my 6 year old neutered male is in season. He is showing just about every
sign that my older boy is ready to go (driving both of us crazy). Any one with
any ideas?
