[ SHOWGSD-L ] Help for nose problem

I have a question for you guys - has anyone out there ever had a problem
with a dog whose nose constantly gets "crud" in it? We have one who has to
have
his nose cleaned out twice a day - he has been treated twice with
antibiotics and cortisone and it cleared up temporarily, but then came right
back.
There is nothing he can really get into to cause it. Any ideas????
