As to McDonald's, their prices are the same everywhere. My friend Karen
Rogers just got back from Hawaii, and she says the most popular breakfast

I had to drive the KS turnpike several years back and all the eating places are
McD's. the double cheeseburger cost over $2.00 there when they are on the
dollar menu everywhere else.
