I just arrived back in Miami from a most wonderful time in Utah. I feel  
that I am still flying at an altitude of 38,000 feet or higher..........Our 
home  bred Lolita is now US Select Ch. Jogra's Lolita Lempicka! What a thrill. 
Kathy  and I are very proud of our baby girl. After a rather whirlwind 
finish, she was  shown for the first time as a Special 3 weeks ago and took two 
BOBs under Nancy  Harper and Dean Wylie at the Augusta specialties.
This was Lolita's second weekend out as a Special and she is coming home  
with a Select!  Kathy and I can't wait to pamper her to death.
 
Our heartfelt thanks go to Barbara Amidon for bestowing this great honor on 
 our young girl. I have admired Mrs. Amidon for years, her knowledge is 
second to  none. To have this type of recognition from someone I have held in 
high respect  for so many years is icing on the cake.
 
Thank you to Scott and Loren Yergin for all that you have done and continue 
 to do for our dogs. Team Yergin did it again. Thanks to all who supported 
Lolita  at ringside.
 
Congratulations go out to Kathy Potter, Debbie Atkinson and Michael Sherman 
 on your WB and subsequent GVX title and BOB! She is one spectacular bitch.
 
Congratulations go out to Roxann Labra and Dave Lassater for Turbo's wins.  
I can't remenber an exhibitor ever going to their first National and having 
 their dog go Futurity Victor, Winner's Dog and Select! Not bad for a  
newcomer.......
 
Congratulations to my patrner in crime, Manny Campo and Ignacio Puente for  
their win with Dennis taking the 12-18 mo. male class. He is a very 
handsome  young man and Manny & Ignacio are sure to have fun with him.
 
A few words on the National itself. The site was great. There was easy  
access to the ring by all exhibitors. The sod held up pretty well until the 
very  end when it became a little slippery. The weather was fantastic and the 
area  near the host hotels had everything you could ever want or need. I had 
the time  of my life with my brothers present. I had a chance to see many 
old friends and  meet a number of new ones. The quality of animals did not 
disappoint.
